Your tasks:

• Sovereign, sensitive wine advice and creation of suitable wine pairings.

• Maintenance of the wine cellar and conscientious handling of cellar logistics.

• Dedicated support in the demanding, classic evening service.

• As a sommelier: Strategic management of the wine list and independent wine purchasing.

Your profile:

• A strong passion for wine and extensive experience in fine dining.

• Additional wine-specific training (e.g. IHK Sommelier, WSET) is advantageous.

• A refined, warm demeanor towards guests and a strong team spirit.

• Evening business only: Regular working hours without split shifts (usually from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM).
